This management company took over a shopping center that I had been a tenant of for 15 years. When my lease came up for renewal they raised my rent 25% and were absolutely unwilling to come down on the rental rate. I was extremely disappointed in their lack of empathy. I would never rent space from them again. I never ever paid my rent late and was a very low maintenance tenant.
They say they want to develop commercial property for the purpose of progression in thriving cities, wonder why in the affluent African american communities the only thing they can suggest is a dollar store or some chicken joint.
