I ve had an ongoing relationship with Gates Management & Realty for several years now. They are great people to work with. I ve had many interactions with the office personnel, agents and the owner and they ve all been very helpful with any questions or requests that I have had.
One associate can be a bit rude at times. And some OFFFICE CHARGES are a bit extreme.
Gates Management & Realty does a great job. We have always found them to be kind and timely in dealing with any problems that arise.

Kathy is a very nice lady! Very sweet, very helpful. HOWEVER.. If your credit score is below 600, if you have any evictions and you know your previous landlord will NOT give you nothing less than a GREAT landlord reference, save your MONEY AND TIMES and do not apply for these folks!!!
