Since I have subscribed to one of your magazines, there have already been 3 claims in 5 months. The copy does not arrive and to top it off when they forward it to you you have to wait another 15 days, and luckily if it gets home, why one of the times they sent it back to me after 15 days to the post office. For that one subscribes?
If they don't change and are more professional and provide better service, they will hardly get us to re-subscribe again, a shame.

I can't feel more ripped off and humiliated. After more than 10 complaints for a subscription of which I have received 2 magazines throughout the year, calling several times and after waiting more than 20 minutes the calls are cut off, by email they spin you around and make you dizzy, they make you repeat everything several times and when you prove the truth they tell you that they have problems with emails from outside of them and they assure you that they will send you the magazines being a lie, I have not received anything, their customer service in my opinion is terrible and on top of that they have the cheek of keep calling you to sell you subscriptions. I do not advise anyone to use their service, it is more worth paying the slightly more expensive magazines at the kiosk, it will save you headaches and time in useless claims in subscriptions that later if they do not arrive, it is enough to say that it is recorded as delivered or that the problems are from the post office and they do not give you any legal proof that they have done their job. Thank you RBA for making me feel ripped off, now I will do as usual and buy them at the kiosk. The magazines are good but the service couldn't be more bad, impossible.

I attended some presentations and the room is very well equipped, has a small terrace, a platform, a projector and speakers that are correct. If the rest of the building is like this room, RBA Barcelona has nothing to envy in any other building

The collection of the human body is pathetic. Don't do it. After buying the approximately 60 fascicles the system does not hold all the weight. Very difficult to assemble and then pieces fall off easily. It's a shame my son was excited. Loss of money and time. A scam!

22 days after placing an order on the web they write to tell me that it is now leaving the warehouse and that they do not know when it will arrive.
They will know a lot about publishing books but they don't have a clue about running a company.

Nefarious company in the Spanish publishing world. In 2006 they bought the Gredos publishing house and took it from Madrid to Barcelona, one of the flagships not only of publishing, but of Spanish culture. And they are letting it drift away, due to its lack of clarity and lucidity.

Reference books that have been unpublished for years and reach astronomical prices in the second-hand market, but do not want to find out (despite having warned them), among so many tons of "profitable" garbage that flood the market every year.

Why did they want it, then?
