I can't feel more ripped off and humiliated. After more than 10 complaints for a subscription of which I have received 2 magazines throughout the year, calling several times and after waiting more than 20 minutes the calls are cut off, by email they spin you around and make you dizzy, they make you repeat everything several times and when you prove the truth they tell you that they have problems with emails from outside of them and they assure you that they will send you the magazines being a lie, I have not received anything, their customer service in my opinion is terrible and on top of that they have the cheek of keep calling you to sell you subscriptions. I do not advise anyone to use their service, it is more worth paying the slightly more expensive magazines at the kiosk, it will save you headaches and time in useless claims in subscriptions that later if they do not arrive, it is enough to say that it is recorded as delivered or that the problems are from the post office and they do not give you any legal proof that they have done their job. Thank you RBA for making me feel ripped off, now I will do as usual and buy them at the kiosk. The magazines are good but the service couldn't be more bad, impossible.
