Sometimes you buy excellent sandals at very cheap price but most of the shops are very over stuffed and suffocated

No working a.c., and very little selection on the plus size section. It was so hot.

Couldn't find what was really looking for, inside store clean smells fresh

Walked in and was told store closed at 9. As I grab items to try on around 8 i am told by the same lady I can't try them on because they are closed...

Customer service is absolutely atrocious. Saleswomen/cashiers just stand around conversating as if they are not even at work. No manners at all. They don't greet you, they ignore you when you say hello, they have no sense of urgency when customers are waiting on line. Just continue to talk and dare you to say something so they can intentionally go slower. The cashier wouldn't even extend her arm to give me my receipt. I had to reach over the counter. Just terrible service from start to finish, which is a shame because I shop here a few times a month and the service just gets worse. Find another Rainbow location to shop at. This one isn't worth wasting your time or money at.

Went into change room. Employee turned to someone she didn't know was my friend and told her that "She needs to lose weight." And held up my clothes she was hanging up for me.

When I approached her and management about it not a single apology or recognition that what they said was wrong. NEVER come here if you can avoid it. I was completely humiliated and made to feel ashamed of myself.

This rainbow has good selections. Not great. Friendly workers.

I love Rainbows but this location has to be the worst ever! I never sweated so much trying to shop the AC was not working witch sucked! But overall love the company!

I find terrific sandals,sneakers and boots that.are fashion forward and very good prices.I also find dusters and jackets I love wearing.You may find it takes some time to weed out items to your taste but well worth it when you do.

Rainbow is being shopped by many, different style must be created. Better quality and better prices.

I used to look forward to shopping at Rainbow on 5th Avenue between W. 36th & 35th Streets, but I will not return there. They recently shutdown their fitting room so you can't try on an outfit before leaving the store. Even worse, I attempted to return a few outfits because I tried them on at home and they didn't fit at all. However, I was told by "manager" that the one clearance item was not returnable AT ALL: once it leaves the store there are no refunds or exchange. The other clearance items could only be exchanged for another in- store item, which would only repeat the cycle of going home, trying it on, and it may or may not fit. I went there today intending to get a refund and go back and try again another time. I won't go back there even though I have bought so much from that particular Rainbow. They used to have a fitting room and now they are conning people out of hard earned money just because they sell inexpensive clothes. Not worth it. Just go shop somewhere else that has a fitting room and let's you actually return clothes if you have the tags attached with your receipt. What a disappointment this store is. Don't bother.

Terrible staff terrible loud music and absolutely not handicapped accessible for 2 floors the 1 on 8th Avenue and 40th street and the 1 on 35th street and 5th Avenue no elevator no escalator very illegal

She has quite nice clothes and of all types, they have quite a variety, clothes of all kinds and colors, the people who work in her are very helpful, in terms of ear it is quite good and I would definitely buy there again

Great location but no big shoe size over a size six. So basically this store is intended for small feet women.

Visited today and the store had no air conditioning. Salesman noted with excellent customer service using a fan to cool down. It s quite a shame for a good productive business not to provide cool air for their customers and employees. Will not be returning to any of there locations.

Colognes are 3 for $10 and are long lasting for both men and women, smell like the real perfumes they are copying

Awful products and terrible service! I bought a pair of shoes and after wearing them for ONE DAY they were already falling apart. I tried to return them the next day and was essentially laughed at, like I was crazy for suggesting that they might be defective. And no, they did not let me return them, saying that "we can't take worn shoes." If they weren't of such bad quality, you shouldn't be able to even tell that they were worn after just one day!

Sure, the prices are cheap but you're better off spending a little more and getting clothes of better quality materials that won't fall apart.

5th Avenue location great. 125th street horrible messy and piles evwrywhere

They just need to stop placing the racks so close to each other and give people more walk room so we re not knocking down clothing accidentally I m walking on them other than that great place to shop

Loved the shop. Bought loads of things go different occasions. I loved the jeans especially. I would like to thank the customer who helped me think outside the box at the end of June. I never knew I was so resistant to new and change. Also to be fair I never got any help from the store assistants but they were polite and nice.

Terrible store. We were browsing and my daughter needed to use the restroom. I asked the woman downstairs and she was very quick and rude in the manner she said , NO!!! She took one look at me as she said it . Then when I questioned her on it - she told me I could ask the manager and mumbled something I couldn t understand. I do not recommend this store as they are not friendly and very closed minded.

Great place for wallet friendly, "disposable clothing." They have a nice plus size department, too.

Fix the open hours!! I've been waiting for an hour and missed 2 express buss to wait for it to open and it's still closed..

I just like shopping here so much mainly becuz they have such a wide array in plus sizes that are not only up to the latest fashion styles but just as affordable for anyone's average budget.

Tons of "stuff". Lower level dedicated to full figures. Didn't find anything that "wowed me". Low prices. I hope tourists find it!
