Went into change room. Employee turned to someone she didn't know was my friend and told her that "She needs to lose weight." And held up my clothes she was hanging up for me.

When I approached her and management about it not a single apology or recognition that what they said was wrong. NEVER come here if you can avoid it. I was completely humiliated and made to feel ashamed of myself.
