I used to look forward to shopping at Rainbow on 5...

I used to look forward to shopping at Rainbow on 5th Avenue between W. 36th & 35th Streets, but I will not return there. They recently shutdown their fitting room so you can't try on an outfit before leaving the store. Even worse, I attempted to return a few outfits because I tried them on at home and they didn't fit at all. However, I was told by "manager" that the one clearance item was not returnable AT ALL: once it leaves the store there are no refunds or exchange. The other clearance items could only be exchanged for another in- store item, which would only repeat the cycle of going home, trying it on, and it may or may not fit. I went there today intending to get a refund and go back and try again another time. I won't go back there even though I have bought so much from that particular Rainbow. They used to have a fitting room and now they are conning people out of hard earned money just because they sell inexpensive clothes. Not worth it. Just go shop somewhere else that has a fitting room and let's you actually return clothes if you have the tags attached with your receipt. What a disappointment this store is. Don't bother.
