After a bad experience , the team of the hotel apologised and came our home to say sorry with gift for the baby . Mr Shiva and the team mate were really nice to take the step of visiting us and apologies to us and make sure that they will take care of mommy and the babies in future.

I had a miserable experience in GRT Grand during my stay on 29th-30th December, 2014 in the Superior Room No 715. The Room was shabby , dirty carpet on the floor. I could never imagine such a dirty curtain and poor room service in a five star hotel. To my utter surprise , there was Tetley tea bag, no Twinings , not even Castleton !! There was mosquito in the room , I called room service person , who attended after three phone calls after 35 minutes, and with his catcher arrested one mosquito. But finally , in my sleep , at around 2.30 in night, I noticed the temperature of the room was uncomfortably high, sounds of mosquito did not allow me to have sleep more! I had such an unhappy stay , which I never could imagine !!
