No transparency, all they want is your money, shabby service at best.

Made me wait for hours for a phone call despite being told that i was the first on the waiting list. The receptionist lacked any knowledge of the legal process and was unable to answer basic questions. Finally i was called on the wrong number despite calling three times to ensure that they had my landline number. i will never be using them.

Did my visa application for stay in the UK. It was done quickly and the advice was good. The Solicitor was friendly and showed that they cared about my case. She told me straightaway of my chance of stay. I will use again next time

Once they take your money they give you the run round very very arrogant once they have your money surprisingly unprofessional considering they are solicitors much better services out there.

Very greedy, never admit there own mistake so don't recommend them.

Terrible terrible services! I will specifically speak in regard to Salma, a lawyer there who handled my immigration concerns.

She gave me horrible advices in which resulted to my application being rejected three times! She was hard to reach, rude to me and arrogant. I don t believe she is an actual lawyer. The place is dirty, seen a lot of unhappy customers there! She charged me 1200 pound just to screw over my chance of being in this country! Don t recommend this fake lawyers.

The worst experience ever with a Solicitor.
Totally unprofessional, never see you on time, claim to offer a prioritised service while ignoring your emails.
And finally overcharging.
Have ignored my emails regarding the over charge and will have to now take my complaint to the SRA.

I called them regarding my friend's divorce. They handle the case very well and all sort it. Good Customer Service .

After going inside for a consultation regarding Immigration. The atmosphere was awful, people were cramped and sitting on school chairs, the smell was terrible. Met 'Shanaz Haider' an employee for Cape Hill Solicitors, I ask where she Graduated from, she has a Ph'D in Immigration Law from University of Cambridge and she is a Part time lecturer. I asked what is her SRA number, she said she does not know what means. That's shocking itself. Every Solicitors knows their own unique number. I checked online on 'SRA' website, Shanaz Haider was not on the system. Shanaz Haider has broken the LAW for Fraud by Misrepresentation (or fraudulent misrepresentation) under Section 2 Fraud Act 2006.

If you want to kill 2 hours over something that should have taken 15 mins! Then go here. Inexperienced and unprofessional and overly priced. When asked to honor their offer price due to the inconvenience caused they refused and only offered a 5 pound discount! To which I said sod it have your full fee! Never again will I use them again even thou I was going to make another appointment for Will service and was thinking about using them as my go to people for my business and other personal matters but not now.

Terrible. Poor customer service. Salma was never available by phone, text, e-mail and whenever I need to see her they book me a week later, regardless of urgent matters. She simply did not care.

Poor advice. Poor knowledge of laws. Paid a lot of money for absolutely nothing but stress and godawful service. She is truly rude and unprofessional on top of her poor performance.

I highly do not recommend this firm and advice everyone to take my word on it.

Hardeep and Manjit were amazing, i was first time buyer and anxious to buy. Team took time to help and advise me, deffo use these guys again, Manjit knew her stuff and always available to speak or give me a call back.

The teams are amazing, even though the stress of cases, the partners and employees work well and are helpful and polite.

Awful. Kept waiting for 40 mins over my meeting which was scheduled beforehand. No mention from staff over why there was such a lateness, never given a reason. It wasn't just me kept waiting in the tiny room either, another gentleman had just walked out as he had his car parked with his time going. No apologies given for lateness and when I finally got to the room the office smelled of take out and was very messy. There's also an elderly cleaner who keeps getting in your way in the waiting room and overall the place is messy and very unprofessional.

Salma done a great job in getting my wife's British citizenship, a very efficient service .

The most uncompetent peaple waste of money and waste of time.

Claims of Lecturing law at Oxford were with out a doubt a lie.

Absolutely distraught! I had discovered the representatives at this practice are not legal professionals. To add, the 'legal' representative Shanaz Haider.; does not hold any Law qualifications. Yet, practices law through deception and lies. Heed my warning and stray far from this firm.

The hearing was retarded by her late attendance. The judge was kind enough to pardon Mrs Shanaz on her delay. He then asked her upon seating what her aims were. She shuffled words like a child and concocted a poorly constructed sentence. The judge then became irate and discharged anger as she wasn't prepared for the professional outing. Prior to the hearing I had duly noted informing her for to prepare for this event.

Moreover on professional standards and conduct.
The letters were not produced on rich paper, and lacked a header. The practice is a shack smaller than a closet.
The rates are with in the range of an Oxford alumi.

For clarification purposes , They are uneducated and Unscrupulous humans.

This 'firm' holistically will ensure you are at a disadvantage; Don't make the mistake I made.
