Completely happy with a Quooker flex tap. 3 liters is more than enough with 2 people. Tea, cup-a-soup, blanching and peeling tomatoes are a breeze. Food is quickly cooked if you put it on with boiling water.

And no more kettle on the counter!
With the flex spout I can easily keep all corners of the sink clean. Completely happy with it

Immediately hot water and after that you do not burn your fingers, because cold water comes out quite quickly. Do keep a glass or pan high, otherwise it will splash.

We are very satisfied with the Quooker Flex Pro 3 in our kitchen. Apart from the fact that the faucet is very nice in appearance, the faucet is also very functional. Together with the deep sink, a 10 liter bucket easily fits under the tap. The tap swivels easily and with the flex every corner of the sink is easy to reach.
For the two of us, a water reservoir of 3 liters of boiling water is more than enough and, if necessary, it is also quickly refilled and ready for operation again.

Great product. And the service is great too; after seven years, the mixer leaked slightly. Quooker sent in a repair kit / replacement kit for free. With a good manual, I have replaced the interior of the crane myself and the crane is working again.

Tap splashes, with boiling water anything but pleasant. According to the kitchen installer, that's how it should be. Cold water is very misty, so be careful after holidays. Not what I expected.

New Cube made noise, it took a while before someone came and it was a lot of work to fill in all the serial numbers on the website. This should be much faster with QR codes. But in the end the mechanic neatly exchanged the Cube for a new one. so satisfied

Quooker for the first time, great device, very satisfied

In general, very positive about the Quooker, but the cube is very disappointing in terms of the bubble water. It gives bubble water comparable to a spa where the injection is just not finished. Too bad for that money!

Quooker faucet broken after 6 years. reset does not work so the tap has to be replaced. A repair service is part of this type of product. (if you buy a Bentley and the air conditioning has to be filled, you will not flick your Bentley away. Obviously they think that is very strange at Quooker and they prefer to replace it completely for profit. The whole story has been going on since 21 -05-2020 (now it is 10-06-2020) Quooker pretends to contact us within 2 to 4 working days, this does not even happen, multiple reminders have been sent, but no response has yet been sent from Quooker. with a waiting time of +/- 20 min. (not surprising of course with cranes that only last 6 years) eventually I spoke to someone and indicated that I am not satisfied with the lifespan of the crane and that I have to constantly go after Quooker to have it sorted out. The employee indicated that it is very busy and that I should understand that no contact will be made. I can buy the crane for 500, - euros and otherwise not. disgusting company with a very customer unfriendly attitude. I am going to buy a completely new set of Grohe for 820 euros incl. Boiler, because it will also quit at Quooker for a year, it can also be replaced. Service at Grohe is much better.

Fantastic service! With moving the quooker to the new kitchen, a few parts had been lost. Just drop by at the service center and there we received the missing parts for free!

I have a quooker with both boiling and sparkling water. I am extremely satisfied with both, but the sparkling water in particular is fantastic. It tastes delicious and especially with the warm summer a godsend.

The Quooker works very well, if the hot water is quickly and in the right amount.
The only point for improvement would be that the hot water delivery should stop immediately when the tap is released. This is to avoid unfortunate.

Quooker combi bought in 2019. Works perfectly. without hot water mains connected, very quickly hot water and instant boiling water without much splashing. Is more expensive than competitor, but much more quality.

Happy with our Quooker! Always and plenty of hot and boiling water. The mistakenly ordered extra flexible hose is very useful. Because we already had a separate boiler there, we didn't notice any extra energy costs.

De kraan werkt geweldig. Hooguit even wennen aan de (kinder) beveiliging, maar verder alleen maar voordeel. En behalve besparing qua stroom in vergelijk met de close-in boiler, scheelt het ook veel ruimte.

I had such a thing (close in bloiler with boiling water tap) from Daalderop, which is now called Floww. DO NOT buy, those things are full of lime just outside the warranty period and then you can have that thing replaced with a call-out charge. Costs you hundreds of euros. Now purchased the Quooker. Once every 5 years a maintenance set of a few tens. My Quooker also has much better performance. am super happy with it.

Yesterday "de Lange" with the "new short Kleine" (let their names be anonymous) had to visit our problem with the Quooker to solve. By replacing only two things, our Quooker + Cube is completely TOP again. Wonderful Dutch product to be proud of.

We have had the Quooker cube installed for a few months now. In addition to having instant boiling hot water, the availability of sparkling, cooled and filtered water directly from your tap is very nice. At least we drink more water at home.

Tap is just 5 years old. I am based in Spain and Quooker promised to telephone me but no call. Problem with quality issues and poor customer service. Need help from Quooker.

I have the quooker flex. It has a retractable hose. Super satisfied. Instant boiling water, hot water. After using boiling water, the tap empties the hose. So that you can immediately put your hands under it without burning when you rinse them or the like. The tap itself also remains cold.

Very satisfied - but be careful because at the tap the boiling water comes out a bit splashing.

We have now been using the Quooker flex for 3 months
And experience it as a very nice crane that does exactly what it was made for. Both the flex and the boiling water lock are easy to operate for an adult and really not for our children of 4 and 6, so it is also safe.
Certainly a purchase that we no longer want to miss. Tip: keep in mind that you cannot attach a connector for your garden hose to the Quooker flex :)
