Fantastic service! We purchased a Quooker for our new kitchen almost 3 years ago. In recent months, the water lever has made it stiffer and stiffer. Called to ask for advice and to our pleasure a new crane was sent immediately despite the fact that we have reported outside the warranty period. Class!
