Very quickly was able to buy and pick up a monitor that had previously taken me weeks of canceled orders and terrible customer service. Was helped immediately by great customer service and was able to pick up the package the next day.

Very happy with our experience. We are a small consultancy, so a $5K monitor purchase is a "think three times" scenario. Very pleased with Protech explaining the options and their price beat the large, online retailers we surveyed.

Needed projectors replaced quickly for my church and Rod at ProTech was able to to expedite the order and used manufacturer promotions that saved us a ton of money. Great service and communication through the purchasing process.
