We love our Edgewater apartment. Though the building security was not great when we moved in, they have made major changes that make it feel safe and welcoming.
I made a viewing appointment and turned up at the allotted time, but there was no one there. I called many times and eventually someone answered but said they didn't have the appointment in the system. Avoid.

Been meaning to write a review for these apartments. I toured these apartments and another one nearby with Shohreh. They both seemed like great properties. Ultimately they were both out of my price range but I appreciate all the hard work that shohreh put in, she's great!

Nice place but terrible sales process. Very difficult to deal with. After 15 minutes talking, I could not get a few prices and square footages, just got talked down to in how great the place was and how "hot" the leasing market was.
The amenities are great and are actually very well taken care of. The staff are also terrific. We're well past our honeymoon period with Edgewater by now, and the staff are still just as responsive, helpful, and pleasant as before.
