Need to watch for discounted products(defective many orders)

One of the most hopeless shops I have ever come across. I bought a prestige stove which was faulty & after raising complaint i have been waiting 2 weeks with no reply or any initiative from them. Please don t buy any goods from them. We did a mistake & I would recommend not to repeat the same. Even one star is not deserved for this shop.

Sells furniture, electronics and few miscellaneous items like umbrella, vases etc. Service is OK.

Consider this review before you plan to buy items that need servicing from them. I called them for service of a generator which I bought from them. Their response was if they send a technician they may have to visit twice if any spares are required so they wanted me to drop the generator to their place and pick it up on a later date. It sounded wierd to me as per their logic paid visits by a technician are a problem and me being a owner who bought from them is expected to make multiple visits. Ofcourse there was another note if the generator was big they would have come. So if you plan to buy a smaller generator and expect after sales service this is not the place to buy.

VERY GOOD PLACE TO BUY FURNITURES AND DURABLE ITEMS

One of the worst service experienced till now...they delivered a damaged product since 4months...even after complaining many times they do not have a courtesy to fix the the problem...not even a single time they responded...

No much options when it comes to home appliances. Not a good store to buy home appliances.

Good place to buy furniture, however they do not keep their word and deliver on time. Bad experience with Prithvi Agencies.

Wide range of products including furnitures and House hold articles at very reasonable price .Good service compared to other shops at Udupi.

Dropped the table while delivering it to the office & broke it badly, had to wait 3days for replacement! Bought 4 office chairs, 1 was faulty, 2 broke badly (no one injured fortunately). Very poor quality!

Very nice place. Furniture and other home items are very budget friendly. Also very helpful staff.
