I wanted to order a parquet from you and on the one hand the employee was unfriendly, on the other hand it would cost 100 euros extra for the delivery and take 2 weeks. Because you first have to order it from the central warehouse to you in the finals and then commission a private transport company, which I am allowed to pay myself. And that with an order value of over 1000 . But if I order the parquet from you in the online shop at Obi, the delivery is free and with me in one week. This means that your online shop is in direct competition with your branches and is clearly at a disadvantage. How stupid is that?

The OBI store in Celle has been our constant contact point for almost three years after buying a house and doing a complete renovation on our own. This market has everything a hardware store should offer and at reasonable prices. Occasionally, there are short waiting times at the checkout or when you need advice from an employee in the store, but this time should simply be included in your visit and, in my opinion, sometimes occurs in every other store.

I would particularly like to praise the employees of this store. They always have a smile for us. So far, we have always received expert and friendly advice, and the employees often approached you when you were standing in front of a shelf with a "questioning" question. So I can by no means confirm that the employees are hiding from the customers, as you can sometimes read. I was particularly impressed by an employee who had his first day today (October 1st, 2020). He wasn't able to help me straight away, but he took me on and sought advice from his colleague. Often in such situations you are simply referred to the next best employee, who you then have to look for first. A great employee who seems to care about customer satisfaction and is an asset to this market. Thank you for this nice and purposeful shopping experience!
