The OBI store in Celle has been our constant contact point for almost three years after buying a house and doing a complete renovation on our own. This market has everything a hardware store should offer and at reasonable prices. Occasionally, there are short waiting times at the checkout or when you need advice from an employee in the store, but this time should simply be included in your visit and, in my opinion, sometimes occurs in every other store.

I would particularly like to praise the employees of this store. They always have a smile for us. So far, we have always received expert and friendly advice, and the employees often approached you when you were standing in front of a shelf with a "questioning" question. So I can by no means confirm that the employees are hiding from the customers, as you can sometimes read. I was particularly impressed by an employee who had his first day today (October 1st, 2020). He wasn't able to help me straight away, but he took me on and sought advice from his colleague. Often in such situations you are simply referred to the next best employee, who you then have to look for first. A great employee who seems to care about customer satisfaction and is an asset to this market. Thank you for this nice and purposeful shopping experience!
