It's Plow and Hearth so you know it has nice stuff but it is pricey. It's an "outlet store" but it still seemed expensive.

A great place always having sales easy assesabilty great staff . Will always go back..

I like their products but I like to visit the outlet near Charlottesville. Prices are much better.

I bought a glass painted globe with solar powered lights inside and it doesn't work. I also bought 3 xmas ornaments that have a battery powered light and one of them the battery was dead and had to be replaced. In wrapping the ornament one of the leaves on the ornament was knocked off and I had to reglue it. If they would just say things are broken no problem but the items are being sold as if they all ok. I am disappointed that the staff did not bother to inform me at purchase.

Plow and Hearth store, much like you'd expect to see. Nice to actually be able to look at the items in real life. Nice selection of discontinued/discounted items, made me wish I'd been thinking about buying a new rocker or recliner.

Enjoy stopping by the outlet and browsing about. You can find some good deal here. Place is clean and organized. Staff was not friendly Noone greeted us on the way in and they were all behind the counter one lady was reorganizing the cans of peanuts. You can also walk down to the retail store and shop for regular priced merchandise. Also they moved all there shoes to the retail store. Overall a nice shop pretty sure you can find a good deal or a nice gift for someone.

Worth the stop as there are always some good deals to be had! Worst case is that you get some great ideas for redecorating!

Nice that they have an outlet on site as well as the regular Plow and Hearth store.

This is P&H's outlet store. For all the items they can't sell. Big discounts on items that have been there for a long time.

Nice store jam packed full of stuff inside and out. Stock seems to change often so you're never certain what you'll find.

Everything you love about Plow & Hearth, but severely discounted. Got a fire place grate 75% off because it had been on display outside. Staff was very helpful.

You can get some good deals. Alot of things there are still overpriced.

What a lovely set of stores. Everything for the home and garden. You can get some great deals at the tent sales! Can be pricey, but you get good quality. Shoes are upstairs in the "attic". The outlet store is closer to the main road. You'll find everything from one-offs to overruns. The Country Store is set back from the road. That's typically current P&H merch.

Must visit place for indoor or outdoor furniture, specialty kitchen stuff and kids toys.. great sale in specific weekends so check out the dates in their website or call.. very unique finds and better quality than many other similar places..

Plow & Hearth's quality products at a greatly reduced price. The drawback is that it's not always super organized so you might have to do some rummaging in order to make a good find.

Not very impressive, we used to be fans of PH, but like most products today is nothing more than poor quality Asian produced. Save yourself a trip, no real deals.

Best place to "mom" shop. Always ideas and gifts abound. One of my family's favorite stops on 29.

It's amazing the sheer amount of stuff at this place. But it really earns five stars for having the absolutely most comfortable chair I have ever sat in...Wish I could have bought it

Not happy with their customer service in letting customers know when products are shipped. I have been waiting almost a week to find out when my Christmas gift was shipped and when to expect it. I finally got online and chatted with a representative. It has been shipped and will arrive in two days, but I was never informed of when it was shipped or when to expect it. I was beginning to panic that the gift might not get here that something had happened. It is all working out, but communication is not their forte.

Very busy. Staff was friendly and helpful considering it was so warm.

Interesting items. I found it very disorganized and the quality of the items didnt match the price. Probably wouldn't go back. Neat stuff to look at though but I wouldnt pay those prices to buy.

I love the Plow and Hearth and in this location there is an actual store but also the outlet. Great deals and lots of items

Great place for grabbing up some good deals on P&H items, just check what you buy. Many items are missing parts, broken, or not fully functional (like the garden spinning wheels that don't actually move in the wind). And if you have the time, the store just behind the outlet had a bunch more items. Including clearance ugg brand merchandise upstairs.

Over the years, the variety and quality has declined. Also, the clearance discounts are not as deep. I bought many things over the years, going back almost 17 years. Furniture, shoes, headlamps, sweaters, decorations, jams and trinkets. For last 3 or 4 years, I have walked out empty handed.

Great for home items. Gift items can be found here.

I love this outlet! All the furniture, pillows, decorations, etc on my extensive back deck and front porch are from this location! For years we have entertained and enjoyed it and are still complemented on it!

I frequently stop by the outlet store, was able to purchase several X-mas presents there.

The prices are pretty good, but the quality has declined over the years.

Friendly service! So many wonderful things, sale on Virginia peanuts, great prices on Dansko shoes, wonderful garden things on a good sale! . . . Beautiful drive and near my parent's home.

Whoa. There is a bunch of strange stuff here. The outlet is good for nice looking ceramic pots and some other odds and ends.

Who doesn't love plow and hearth? This is a must stop if you're in the area!

Lots of sad and odd merchandise split between two buildings (with a lot of overlap in stock). The crew in the back building was friendly, the staff up front ignored us. Has more of a yard sale/flea market feel but with really high prices.

We assume that the merchandise selection contains returns as well as overstock/closeouts because several items were dirty and/or damaged.

Good products at outlet prices. A little of the beaten path, but worth the drive.

Hey Plow and Heath lovers. I absolutely love this store, especially the outlet. We stopped in the Madison County store 6 weeks ago - close to closing- and had another fantastic experience with two young associates!! We brought fantastic items in less than 15 mins! They were kind and very friendly in their service.
This afternoon I called and asked the woman sales associate if she was busy and did have time to talk? Her tone was rude and unfriendly! She repeatedly asked, what was I calling for? I informed of the outdoor furniture and she snapped that I did not have the right phone number. I asked twice for the right phone number of the country store. She gave it too me with an unhappy tone. I thanked her and said have a very happy day.
Anyone is sales needs to treat their phone customers the same as their in person customers!!! Or NOT answer the phone! She gave a loyal PH customer a bad imagine of Plow And Heath Outlet today, Sunday, July 26, 2020.

Lot's of cute things to look at. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Will continue to shop at Plow and Hearth.

Same stuff and can be pricey for product that dont really hold up to the weather if going for outdoor patio products

I used to enjoy coming but staff is not as friendly maybe its because of the mask but idk
