When my mother first came to pj care the managers and staff were amazing, the level of care was fantastic. Although my mother almost died at the hands of the home when given the incorrect medication and stopped being given the life saving medication. Toby, Bogdon and jesssica were fantastic though.
Recently my mum was discharged from the care home and a new manager took over,, since then we have found the communication to be atrocious. We have phoned several times to get a message across to the manager but can never talk with her and she never contacts us back.

I was a carer here. Never bring your beloved family members here, they do not provide, love care or protection. Care is awful, neglected and robotic. Workers are very good at pretending they give care. I suggest keeping hidden cameras in your families room. They are only interested in money aspect. If a good carer or good nurse shows up to change this place for the better they belittle you, put false blame on you and sack you. If I worked here again I would bring panorama with me!
