I have appeared for an interview in this small firm which is like a LALA type of firm where all the decision are taken by only Chief Managing Director(CMD). HR(Manager/Director) or Finance(Ass. Director/CFO) has no power at all. Even salary discussion is also done by a person who is sitting at CMD position.
He don't know even ABC of finance so once you reach there after clearing all the rounds like HR manager then HR Director then Ass. Director(Finance) and CFO(Finance).
CMD will ask you to write a letter to their client in the same way they are writing generally. As you know every company has different sort of format to catch up with their client. SO Now that letter will decide your salary package. All of your knowledge become 0 now and that email will decide how much you will get each month. Even they will offer the same package which you are already drawing.
Have you seen this kind of dictatorship anywhere?
Their budget is Low but at the time of calling the candidates they say we don't have any kind of budget issue.
NOT GOOD FOR EXPERIENCED FINANCE PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
DON'T GO THERE, WASTAGE OF TIME.
