Stay away from this DMS. Crash/Freeze is a daily issue. I wish our dealership stayed with ADP, it's a million times better system that this PBS. Pushy Sales, the same printer we could have bought from Staples for half of the price!!! Total crooks!
I simply love PBS. It's easy and intuitive. We converted to CDK, and they sent a trining team here for 4 days. We didn't have any issues with switching our DMS. I am extremely happy with PBS.

It's funny that employees rate this company 5 stars but their clients (or dealerships) rate this system very poorly. I agree it is important to take care of your employees, but customer satisfaction should always be your top priority in any service based business.

PBS is great! Easy to learn and easy to teach, and their support is top notch. Their team is very quick to respond, and happy to help even when it's a user error.
Best DMS I have ever used. I was just helped by the support people. It was time sensitive and not truly their problem. I just wanted to let you know I appreciate the fact you guys went above and beyond. Keep up the great work.
