Blew out a tire on I90 headed into Chicago from Rockford, Illinois. Patrick's in Schaumberg was between the donut roadside service and home. I'd never used them before, and did not buy my Volvo XC60 from them. A quick phone call confirmed they had the correct tires in stock, and could fit me in as soon as I could get them the car. Less than 3 hours later, after a courtesy car ride to Woodfield Mall which cost me more than the tires, I was back on the road.
Great service - courteous staff - an A+ experience overall.

Counting the days until my lease is up. I'm an old man and have experienced a lot of bad things, but these guys are the absolute worst.

I had actually gone in to Patrick Cadillac that morning for an oil change on the Cadillac that I had purchased from them about 3 years ago. While sitting in the waiting room, I decided to walk to the showroom area, just to kill some time. All of the salespeople are very professional in the fact that the customer is treated very respectfully. A salesperson came up, introduced himself, and let me know if I had any question to please let ask him, but he did not sit there and hover over me. Long story short, due to the professionalism of the staff, especially Grant Klufetos, and the very fair price that I received, I left that day with a new CTS. My thanks to all at Patrick Cadillac for making my car buying experience very pleasurable.

I purchased a 2016 XTS at Patrick.
This is my third Cadillac. First was a CTS and in 2013 I moved into an XTS.
I first got to know Patrick through the Service Department. Living in NW Chicago, I found taking my car to Schaumburg was easier than going to my dealership. Once I did I also found what true Cadillac service quality was really suppose to be like. I was very impressed with the quality work, prompt and accomodating approach.
When I considered purchasing a new vehicle this year, I met Sales Exec Roger Summers.
We talked on several occasions. I was happy with my 2013 and leaning toward buying out the lease. But I wanted to consider purchasing new. We took a look at the new CT6, nice car but didn't excite me. I like the XTS, I think it is a classic sedan style. I had pretty much decided to keep the 2013. But Roger did his research and convinced me to come come out and look at a 2016 XTS that he located and was sure was right for me.
And he was right. I purchased the car that day. Roger is a consumate sales proffessional, diligent and honest.
If you're thinking Cadillac, which I highly recommend, go to Patrick and ask for Roger. You won't be disappointed...p.

I brought my Saab into Patrick's Service Department to have it diagnosed for problems i was experiencing. Frank, their Saab mechanic, blew my expectations out of the water. He was absolutely amazing, and also very nice. He knows more about Saabs than i anyone ive met, and am glad to know that he is there. Anyone i know that has a Saab that needs work done of any sort, i will be recommending them to book an appointment with Frank. I brought my ATS in for an oil leak issue that was created from another dealerships lack of quality. The service department at Patrick was great! They got me in and were able to get everything fixed including a recall issue in a reasonable amount of time. I will be coming here when it's time to purchase a new Cadillac.

I was seeking to lease a Volvo XC60 and had a couple of bad experiences with Chicagoland dealers. The minute I contacted Patrick Volvo I knew something was different. Ashvin took time to talk with me on phone and listened to what I was looking for and how much I was looking to pay. We exchanged a few emails and calls which ended with Ashvin and Justin finding me a great car and deal!! I drove out to the dealership near the end of day and everyone was so friendly and professional. Ashvin took time to show me the features of the car and setup of the infotainment applications even after the dealership closed for the evening. Justin and Ashvin were up front about all the financial terms with no back and forth. I really can't tell you how refreshing the experience was compared to other dealers who were using old school sales techniques that I didn't appreciate. I was very disappointed with a purchase I made at this dealership of a used car, I had thousands of dollars in repairs at my own expense. I wrote a negative review at the time because I was left holding the ball, I am pleased to say that the service department helped out not fully, but partially on my repair bills. Sorry Mike for mentioning you in my negative review, I wasn't happy at the time. I have dealt with assistant manager Pete when I had a Volvo years ago and he NEVER let me down, great job as always Pete.

I purchased a used 2013 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum 2 months ago, since then there has been a list of issues with the vehicle. Air bag light is on, front differential is leaking and now it has a blown rear shock. Did I mention I had this vehicle 2 MONTHS, I take the car back and the used car manager Mike Ruis states Patrick Cadillac would not be paying for ANY of these repairs. I don't recommend anyone to purchase a used car from this dealership, because I am now forced to pay thousands out of pocket.

Awful. If not for Sam who was working with me on my car purchase, I'd have walked out of the store, which I did almost anyway. I thought, I wanted to forget this, but it kept coming back to me which caused me to post this review. I felt insulted and had to bear the arrogance of the finance dept guy.... long story short, courtesy and politeness are very important for customer satisfaction and hope car buying here becomes a pleasant experience.

Took my ATS in for a rear defroster issue and was told by service writer that it was not repairable. Called Cadillac myself and got the issue fixed . Very poor customer service.

Okay buyers here we go again Mike the used car manager at Patrick Cadillac is the most inconsiderate person and then he sends it to his boss Alex which does nothing for you. I don't know why Mr Dawson does not get involved but they sell unsafe cars. And they tell you oh well I don't care and I'm not spending any money on that car! Well Byers if you want a car that the brake lights don't work and you can't see out of Mirrors I suggest go to Patrick Cadillac see Mike Hill screw you over good, that man has cost me over $15,000 I have no other choice but to file a lawsuit against them. Please stay away not fair to anybody to get hurt! Here is their response we'll have a manager call you unacceptable I've been dealing with this since January 8th now they can spend money on lawyers.

It was a great experience! Our salesman Jeff was sincerely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and we treated like friends and not customers. Within 2-1/2 hours we drove home in our new car.

We were very pleased with the price of our vehicle. We were offered the added insurance for possible future mechanical issues, if any, and when we declined we weren't pressured to reconsider. We were offered and did accept GAP insurance but again, no high-pressure to do so.

We would certainly recommend Patrick Cadillac to anyone we know who is looking to buy a new or used car.

I originally had a 5 star review here because after several sour encounters with my local Cadillac dealer over the past 20 years, I found my last Cadillac purchase via Patrick Cadillac and first few years of service a breath of fresh air in comparison and I was glad to drive the extra distance because of it.

However it is time to buy a new Cadillac and my last service encounter with Patrick was a very sour experience, so I am now realizing that when dealing with a car dealership, one is just about the same as another, so I might as well go with whichever one is closer.

Brought a 2015 escalade premium, having transmission problem been waiting 2 months for repairs also the 3rd brake light don't work, reported these problems day one of purchased, I think I made a terrible mistake choosing this place for a purchase, I hope that they prove me wrong!

Made a appointment as directed to see a used car. The sales manager showed us the car we test drove it and made a deal on price. All went well till deal was struck. I told them I was paying for the car upfront and no financing. After that we waited standing in lobby as there was nowhere to sit for 1hr and 45 min without any direction from manager as he was nowhere to be found. I was the only customer the whole time I was there. Finally got a hold of a sales manager and he got upset when I asked him what the hold up was. I guess if your not financing they don t really want your Buisness. At one point he said you don t have to buy it if you don t want to wait. That is no way to treat a customer. I finally got help from a salesman that heard me and saw me there for now over 2 hrs. Hew brought me the plates and papers for me to sign and I was on my way. I figured I was going to a reputable dealer and was not going to get the run around but I was very wrong. Would never go back or recommend to anybody I know.

Bad experience with parts and service!
I bought air spring for 2014 xts model and paid over the phone. Dealer driver delivered to my body shop asking for payment. Part was paid twice! I made several phone calls to whole sale parts and managers, nothing! I have to call credit card and despute my transaction!
I was buying many parts for our business but with this experience sorry I'm done!

We bought a used cadillac that had no owners manual or second key. Salesman should have ordered this for us when we asked. Not helpful in addressing our concerns. We bought the 3yr warranty that says we are covered from the day of sale, but found out later it was not good for 30 days. We should have been told this when we bought it, to save us a useless trip to the service dept. On the day of sale, we were there for hours and didn't leave until 9pm. My husband was tired (he's 80) and doesn't like to drive at night. He wanted to pick the car up the following morning but he was forced to take it home that night. As you can tell our experience with Patrick Cadillac was not very good.

The salesman, Roger Summer, was very patient with my sisters purchase and went out of his way to help us with the lease. I would recommend Roger to anyone. He truly offers 5 star service.

THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. Both sales and service are total disaster.I Wasted 10 days of my life to go back and forth to this place and at the end my car wasnt fixed but they charged me deductible. I wanted a new car and the guys at sales didnt care much, the just wanted to make quick buck. Obviously they dont care about there clients.

I had unexpectedly gotten a flat tire on the highway while I had my young children with me. I was able to change out the tire for the spare myself, but unfortunately the spare was low on air. After speaking with one of Patrick's Cadillac's porters at a nearby gas station, I pulled into the Patrick Cadillac service drive and was courteously assisted by Jordan from the service dept., who helped me fill my spare. I can't say thank you enough. This is the type of business that we want in our communities, and the type of business that anyone would recommend to friends and family. Called and confirmed a car was in stock. 2 different salesmen said yes. Left right away. Drove 4 hours to find they it has been gone for days. Terrible ignorant salesmen.

Steve and Patrick Cadillac did an outstanding job of getting me out I'm my lease and putting me in the car of my choice. Enjoyed the process enough to go back in a few days and purchase a Cadillac for my wife.

I had a problem where my car wouldn't start in the parking lot at work after a particularly frigid spell. I'm new to the area and looked up Patrick Volo and had my roadside assitance tow my car there. I called ahead and the woman that answered the phone seemed confused when I told her that a car with a problem starting would be dropped off and I asked how the lineup was looking, as I wanted to be sure they could fit me in. In the end I decided to just haved the car towed there anyway--as I have an older vehicles and I know other service centers usually have a hard time with Volvos.

Once I arrived everyone was very personable and got me started. I waited for quite some time and had a friend come pick me up. I left me phone number and was called within the hour. I agreed to the three things that needed being done. The car runs fine, now.

They gave my vehicle an oil change I didn't authorize and while the labor was free I was charged for replacement oil and a filter. I had just gotten the oil changed the previous month with winterizing protection. What I was quoted over the phone ended up being a hundred dollars more. So I'm a little unhappy with that, but overall the car is performing the way it should.

I'd use them again in a bind, but would stress please do not do anything else without my authorization.

The vehicle I have been sold by Patrick Auto Group has been confirmed to have piston ring issues which is part of the engine, which is indicative that there is a clear powertrain issue. My vehicle expels 1 quart of engine oil every 120 miles. I have contacted the General Manager Mr Manzo, he has given me a ton around for 3 weeks and finally tells me in a email that it is not his fault and that this is a manufacturer's defect. I have checked with Audi Hoffman Estates and they have confirmed there are no class action lawsuits or open recalls for this vehicle. I then proceeded to contact the COO of Patrick Auto Group Mr Martin Stillwell, he agreed with me that Patrick BMW does not drive the vehicle to check for defects long enough to recognize this piston issue expelling oil, there was no way to determine in their inspection of the vehicle that the vehicle has this issue, only way to find out is to drive the vehicle and do a OIL CONSUMPTION TEST. I have been utmost kind and considerate as I dealt with this issue with this Dealership for I am a medical student who cares for all of mankind and cannot believe such a reputable company can leave me in such predicament. I simply asked to take the vehicle back and or please repair the vehicle. They have denied, and Mr Stillwell recognizes that a medical student like myself who barely afforded to finance the vehicle will require much more funds to hire a lawyer to pursue justice here. I am beyond disappointed, and I promise, this isnt the end. I will contact BBB AND UCC, I do not want anyone else in this position. Please look up Patrick BMW BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU cases of the issues with their used vehicles. STANDBY AS I WI UPDATE THE REVIEW WITH A TIMELINE AND SCREENSHOTS. If anyone reading can help me, please for mankind and for humanity's sake let's not let them get away with such brazen implication of fraud.

I went to Patrick Cadillac and was dealing with a highly-sensitive situation. The General Manager, Stefan Petrovic, was exceptional. He diffused a potentially volatile situation, communicated clearly, and was extremely fair. I left feeling a high level of integrity from Mr. Petrovic and would highly recommend him and Patrick Cadillac!

Avoid this dealership! I sent them the vin number, for a car I found on their website, 3 different times within a 24 hour window, and also made an appointment to see the car within the same 24 hour time period. I arrived 10 mins early for my scheduled appointment after a 30 min, one-way drive to get there. After waiting for the sales guy to find the key, he came back and said unfortunately, that car is no longer here, but I have another car for 4k more . WTH! I believe that kind of business practice is called a bate and switch .
BTW, the nonexistent car is still listed on their website a day later.
