I was seeking to lease a Volvo XC60 and had a couple of bad experiences with Chicagoland dealers. The minute I contacted Patrick Volvo I knew something was different. Ashvin took time to talk with me on phone and listened to what I was looking for and how much I was looking to pay. We exchanged a few emails and calls which ended with Ashvin and Justin finding me a great car and deal!! I drove out to the dealership near the end of day and everyone was so friendly and professional. Ashvin took time to show me the features of the car and setup of the infotainment applications even after the dealership closed for the evening. Justin and Ashvin were up front about all the financial terms with no back and forth. I really can't tell you how refreshing the experience was compared to other dealers who were using old school sales techniques that I didn't appreciate. If you are looking for a professional straightforward dealer that will give you a fair deal, check them out! They work as a team and make you feel part of their team.
