The other reviewer is right, they do not respond. Their project manager Jeff showed up to evaluate the foundation, went into great lengths in what he can fix and how he'll fix, and told me he'll get me a quote in couple of days. Never heard back from him or anyone in the company again, despite a reminder email. Very unprofessional to hide behind silence and wait for customer to disappear.
