Ex Recruit Glen Carter 141 Troop. Intake: 07/01/1980. For almost 36 years, I have absolutely regretted leaving CTCRM.
Some of the training team I remember:

Cpl Wale (Nickname 'Big Fish)
Cpl Ashby who made Sergeant and appeared in a documentary on the Royal Marines Training
Colour Sergeant Stuch(t)bury a big man rumoured to belong to the SBS.

Royal Marines Commando Training Centre of excellence where the worlds finest amphibious infantry undergo the longest basic training course in the world to earn their green berets and become Royal Marines Commandos.

The only military establishment in the Uk where officers and juniors ranks undergo training together in the same location.

They are amazing and dedicated they all do so much for all charities i love following the royal marines band service and company. They are all top guys and ladies.
