One the things that struck me early on when I was interviewing different contract manufacturers was every time I asked if something could be done, a lot of them would just tell me "yeah, we can do that." When I met with Paragon, however, it was a much more honest conversation. They would weigh different variables with me and seemed to work at a different standard than others, unafraid to tell me no when no was the answer. I have worked with Paragon Laboratories for a couple of years. I have 2 health supplements in which Paragon Laboratories fulfills. As a surgeon who takes care of many patients and puts them first, it is enlightening to find a company who has the consumers interest in mind. Prior to fulfilling my products Paragon Laboratories obtains a Certificate of Analysis on all of the ingredients shipped to them to ensure what they are packaging is exactly as stated. This, to me, shows great regard for the consumer. Kudos to this company for its diligence in its standards of practice. Also, I am a very small operation and my orders do not make them a lot of money. The people working at Paragon take the time to get my products prepared and shipped in a timely manner. I have been buying supplements from this company for years, and I can honestly say when it comes to quality, Paragon is the best! You can tell when a company has passion for producing great products. I had a scenario where I supplied a raw material to Paragon that was out of spec per the COA (unbeknownst to me until they tested it), and Paragon would not cut any corners to manufacture with it. Instead, it was returned and new material was sourced that passed testing, and my product was delivered a couple weeks later than originally projected, yet it tested out exactly right.
