One the things that struck me early on when I was interviewing different contract manufacturers was every time I asked if something could be done, a lot of them would just tell me "yeah, we can do that." When I met with Paragon, however, it was a much more honest conversation. They would weigh different variables with me and seemed to work at a different standard than others, unafraid to tell me no when no was the answer. They cared about me, the customer, for sure, but they also seemed obsessed with providing the best quality product. In the end, that's why I went with them and why I believe my product has been so successful on Amazon.
