They replaced an out of warranty microwave for a brand new one we purchased from them with good discount. They also offered option to share cost of fixing old one but we chose new one thinking we may have further issues with ours in future and it won t be much cheaper than getting new one at discount. Very much appreciated the good customer service very attentive. Also delivered free and very fast 2-3 days.
Not reflecting on personnel, but to the company: these microwaves should definitely have a life longer than 3 years. Our previous Panasonic lasted 11 years. Step it up Panasonic Canada with sound long lasting technology as we will continue to be loyal customers! Thanks!

Big change from the Panasonic of old. Zero customer support even under warranty even though you're supposed to get free support for 1yr. Spent $500 on a blu-ray player, screen saver not working! I have no-name specials that have the feature and works no problem. Why for the life of me a $500 unit can't have something simple like that I have no idea. I tried to chat with support, no help - maybe didn't understand my question. So I called, no dice. Sad.

Very unhappy. Our top of the line 60 plasma tv died after only 3 short years through no fault of our own. As the repair guys put it, it was defective and unrepairable. When I contacted Panasonic they said the best they could offer was loyalty pricing $100 to $200 off a tv from their website. Seriously? How can I risk spending another 3 to 4 thousand dollars on a tv that could potentially die just outside of warranty again. If Panasonic can t stand behind their product, why should I.

NO FREE CUSTOMER SERVICE? REALLY? When I called the tech department about my TV they said I would have to PAY FOR HELP!!!! Now let me ask you! Do you think I will ever buy a Panasonic product again? NO WAY!!! EVER!!!!!! NOT A CHANCE!!!!! PAYING FOR A PRODUCT NOT ENOUGH ? REALLY? You buy their product and then your on your own? Customer service, not at PANASONIC

I am editing my original review.
Panasonic finally came through and replaced my defective TV with a new one, after I contacted the Management.
The best LED TV, without a doubt is Panasonic - I have never seen a better quality picture on any other Brand of TV when compared to Panasonic.
Highly recommended.

Your service for our microwave was fantastic. My wife wishes to thank Lewis of Beaver Creek Electronics in Richmond Hill for his fantastic service as well as his receptionist who were both most courteous and helpful. Please comment Lewis for his work and support.

Ordered a camera October 28/17, delivered 13 days later Nov. 10/17!!! Courier Canpar erronously routed to Burnaby BC not Orangeville ON. Very poor customer service...made no offer to priority air ship nor send another camera. Instead had to deal with Canpar myself with little support from Barbara at Panasonic estore by not responding to my requests for information nor by offering a suitable solution or compensation. Let's see what support I get when I contact some Panasonic executives...Moskowitz, Chmielinski, Gillispie, Bolte...

We purchase a microwave and 8 months later it stopped working with an error message H98. I emailed Panasonic and received an email asking for my receipt. I replied back to the email with it and was told I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. This was 8 December 2019. I since emailed again, then started to chat. The person could not write English so I not sure how much she could read. She offered no help and took her 18 minutes to find my case # to read that I provided. Emma P told me I would be contacted in 24-48 hours mind you this chat was almost one month after the case was generated. She said all she could do was expedite it. I called back, asked to pay 9.95. This time Dianna said just the same thing, she can do no more and it will be expedited. It is now 17 January 2020 and still nothing!! Terrible customer service. Panasonic was a good company why are you treating your customers like this?

It is impossible to talk to a human without giving all your credit card information and signing up for a $40/month program. don't be fooled by the initial "person" who chats - it's an AI voice that refers you to the above program. If you phone their (905) number - they don't even have a toll-free number - you can't get anyone to answer. Horrendous customer service.

Very angry!! I ordered the Lumix Fz1000 from Henrys 7 WEEKS AGO and Panasonic still hasn't fulfilled the order. I'm not sure what's going on but this is unacceptable. After this I'm never ordering from them again, especially considering the rest of the reviews I've seen about them.

Just chiming in here with another bad review. We bought a Panasonic Inverter microwave from Canadian Appliance Source (also avoid this place if you can) and it broke within 4 months of regular use. We went through three repairperson visits over six weeks to finally determine that the microwave was defective beyond repair. They did agree to replace the unit, but we are now supposed to find our way to Etobicoke, lugging a huge microwave with us, for the exchange.

I'm pretty sure they don't plan on refunding us taxi fare and an hourly salary for the time we lost dealing with this. Won't be buying Panasonic again once the replacement microwave dies - hopefully we'll get more than 4 months usage out of it.
