Very unhappy. Our top of the line 60 plasma tv died after only 3 short years through no fault of our own. As the repair guys put it, it was defective and unrepairable. When I contacted Panasonic they said the best they could offer was loyalty pricing $100 to $200 off a tv from their website. Seriously?
