A friend recommended this studio to me for the prenatal yoga and I fell in love! The community is so welcoming and every instructor was attentive to my needs. They were very quick to get the virtual studio up and running, still a member after giving birth to my son and grateful to be a part of this yoga community!

A wonderful, welcoming place to practice yoga. unlimited month is a great deal for your money if you can go frequently enough. Also, they offer a free community class on Sundays that's great. a good place for beginners, since it is a very warm and supportive environment, but the instructors also provide many more advanced steps to help grow your yoga practice, for more advanced yogis.

I love this yoga studio! I tried several in the area before this one and this is definitely my favorite. The space itself is beautiful with big windows, and the teachers and other staff are super friendly and helpful. I also really love the variety of classes and special events they offer. 5 stars for sure.

Love Blue Nectar - the studio is clean and always welcoming. There are tons of options for classes and time ranges which makes it easy to try different things. Also, the instructors are really helpful and so far, I ve loved it. Additionally, they have workshops sometimes and those are must try.

I went to Blue for the first time ever last night. Christa (apologies if I'm mis-spelling her name) was our instructor and I loved EVERY second of our class. I took the Vinyasa flow with her and felt challenged but safe in every movement and pose we worked through. Her adjustments were gentle but firm, and I came away feeling like I reawakened my love for practice. The studio is beautiful, very well laid out and welcoming. Everyone I encountered, from checking in with Erica to the other students in class, was incredibly kind and made me feel part of the studio with just one visit. I can't wait to keep coming back and furthering my practice here!

I am taking prenatal yoga classes and am so glad I signed up. The teacher is amazing, and it s really nice to have at least one night a week focused on myself. I am slowly getting more flexible and building strength for labor in a gentle and supportive environment. It s a really great balance of stretching and preparing the body for birth. The teacher listens to everyone at the beginning of class and customizes the class to what people need. I m really enjoying it.

Staff was super friendly. I took a Rookie class, but it wasn t really Rookie, it was just slower. Not knowing the poses I was lost even for a Rookie. The instructor talked to me after class and told me that she was trying to start a truely beginners class. I think that would be amazing!! I think that if you know yoga, this would be a great class to help you get back into it.

I highly recommend prenatal and postnatal with Claire! It was amazing. I gave 4/5 stars because there were occasionally issues with the AC in the summer (pretty rough when you are very pregnant and overheating) and there has been a lot of construction noise outside (although that is not really their fault). But I give 5/5 to Claire and the great community she builds!

Lovely little studio in the heart of Falls Church. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I took Winnie's Vinyasa class, which had a great pace with lots of built-in modifications and amplifications to support different levels. I'm an experienced yogi, and she introduced a few poses that were new to me. I'm always impressed when that happens! I will return.

I've been doing Class Pass for about 2 years now and Blue Nectar is by far my favorite reason to use Class Pass credits and most definitely my favorite yoga studio in the area, or really anywhere, ever.

Every staff member is kind and encouraging. The "touch/don't touch cards" are also a great feature. Now I love to be adjusted and touched, but I know that's not everyone's thing so it's a really valuable option to have.

I wish I could single out a specific instructor, but I can't because everyone is great in their own unique way. I've never left a class feeling like something was missing or feeling disappointed. They also keep the studio very clean and I really appreciate when the instructors incorporate essential oils into the mix.

(Side note on parking - there are a limited number of spaces in the lot behind blue nectar but there are always plenty of spots in the garage and it's free).
