I have loved this Magazine forever, even though they will not use my photos! Beautiful Magazine about our beautiful state North Carolina! Yes, I know, I have used the word "beautiful" twice already, but not other word describes "Our State" better. Perhaps a little different adjective for the Editor, Elizabeth Hudson, "adoreable. " Off to get my subscription to Our State Magazine.

This is a pretty good magazine but why are subscriptions still so expensive? I have never seen a sale...
Aren't they supported by advertisers like every other magazine?

This is a very nice periodical that has great articles about towns and places and events in the state I live in. High Quality photos like the much pricier Garden and Guns.
Lately the editors seem to have become woke, and are compelled to include some boring banal article about negroes: criminals allegedly wrongfully accused; or an obscure negro high school band.
I wrote and asked them if they have any negro subscribers; I won t renew.
Changed my mind. Don t know if they took my hint, but the diversity has become less offensive, and I do very much enjoy the variety of interesting articles about my adopted state. The photography is superb.
