Frankly - I will not offer any stars , as none are deserving. After 5 repeated calls letting the phone ring 20 minutes each time....my phone would say call disconnected. Once "customer service " finally did answer another wait - all I got was lip service. There's more, to sum it up, I am disappointe...

Not what they used to be in customer service and repair. My husband was a customer for 20 years because you were able to walk in if you had an issue with your hearing aids, no longer is that the case.
