Not what they used to be in customer service and repair. My husband was a customer for 20 years because you were able to walk in if you had an issue with your hearing aids, no longer is that the case.
He needed an adjustment to his hearing aid that was repaired two weeks ago, but was told he had to send it in through his dispenser, so now he will be without them for 7-10 days instead of 1 or 2 days. I was told this was for the customers benefit, are they kidding ?
It s so sad that customers service is now going backwards.
