Sending my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful birthday card I received from Optima Health. It contained so much helpful information on preventive care, screenings, and wellness programs that are available. I also enjoyed the quote inside the card. I will treasure the card! Optima Health does so much for its members and has positively impacted my life. I am able to get the medications I need and my insurance covers it, a true lifesaver. I feel confident in my health insurance plan helping with my healthcare needs, which improves my quality of life.

I can't even see my mental health doctor. Yeah I'm changing.

Finally I can t find a customer service number email person whatever I forgot my password on my account 2 years ago more than hundred times I tried but no one response.

So frustrated. My son was in a serious accident while visiting NY a couple of weeks ago. I brought him home last Thursday. I have tried to call since Friday. I keep getting a message that due to technical difficulties, they cannot take my call, and I cannot leave a message. He has a referral to an orthopedic and physical therapy. I may show up in person just to try to get someone to talk to me.

They've completely mixed my insurance up with my twin sister,who doesn't even have Optima insurance anymore then credited my $ to her eventhough the payment was withdrawn from my bank acct. Supervisor Brenda Taylor has no professionalism, respect or the time to listen llus assist a member when clearly Optima has made several mistakes with sending multiple cards with the incorrect name and member on the insurance card. All of the other reps in billing were understanding and polite but Ms Taylor 100% RUDE and refuses to listen and correct issues. My family has had Optima for over 5 yrs without any issues but during this Pandemic it's been a complete mess!! My mother has no meds as the Marketplace corrects a income data entry issue and Optima has had here acct on "Suspension " since September 2020 smh. Please don't use Optima as a choice for insurance. Medicare Optima works but any other programs stay away.

They have to be the worse Insurance company around. You end up paying more out of pocket. Don't even know what the point of having insurance is if they don't cover anything! They tell you not to use out of network providers. Yet they don't have any in network providers that cover what you need. We have this though my Husband's company. I sure hope they switch soon. I don't recommend if you are going to buy insurance to use them. Definitely shop around for something better.

I have never had so many out of pocket expenses for myself and my families medical bills EVER as I have had with this company. I hate it!

This is honestly one of the worst insurance companies I ve ever had. They cover virtually nothing & you have to pay for everything out of pocket. You might as well not even have insurance at that point. I m so glad I got rid of them & finally found an insurance provider who says they re gonna cover everything like they say they will. I would not recommend Optima to anyone. Save yourself the time & money.

They have stop covering all of my daughters diabetic supplies that she currently uses and no vision center accepts their insurance. I'm definitely changing.

First of all Optima is a sorry excuse for a so called medical insurance comp. They obviously cannot tell time . How are you going to be closed before 5 when it clearly states you people don't close until 6.00 . They taught how to tell time in elementary . Well then again this is Virginia . Still in all this time , you people still haven't learned the concept of time . And your how old again ??? Smh . Pathetic . Pure T Pathetic .
