John was actually 10 minutes early, rare for a service tech in my experience, and diagnosed the problem with my A/C unit very quickly. He explained what he was checking as he went along and showed me the problem so I could see for myself. He also gave me some tips to help it work better. He was polite, friendly and courteous throughout the service call.

I was able to get service within 2 hrs of my call. The problem was rectified during the first visit, the part required was available on the technicians truck and my furnace was up and running again promptly. Courteous and enthusiastic service from the technician John. I have used this company for years and highly recommend them.

Showed up exactly when promised, had the right parts, made repairs efficiently. Technician was very friendly and cleaned up upon completion. Have used them before and will use them again!

The salesperson was very responsive and answered all of our questions without hesitation. They recommended a product and didn't focus on upselling.
The installers were incredibly professional, timely, and cleaned up very well after themselves. They placed a mat all the way from the entrance to the utility room and provided all of the information we asked for.

I had booked a service call for my air conditioner. The serviceman was here for 10-15 minutes and told me that he had checked the pressures and everything was fine. I thought the cost for doing this was very high

Right off the bat told me the air conditioner was done. Did not waste time trying to put a bandage on it. Cleaned and serviced my fireplaces and the furnace in a quick and efficient manner. Very professional!

Water heaters leaking and manufacturer agreed to replace it under warranty. I just have to get a contractor to receive the new tank and install it. Called oosterveld. No one there to talk to at the main number so left a message with an advisor. Two days later no return call. Call again and talk to someone in the office. Guy doubted anyone would give me a free water heater under warranty and quotes 800 bucks flat rate just to install. Called a different local company who quoted less than half that and was immediately familiar with the warranty replacement process. They should really consider outsourcing their customer service and not allow anyone in the office to talk to customers because it's costing them business.

I called Oosterveld after calling 2 other of their competitors.. what I found was GOLDEN... folks who were courteous, willing to help out..the techs were friendly, efficient and simply top notch! I found my myself and in tough position and OOSTERVELD SAVED THE DAY, I found my HVAC company who has my business going forward.

Excellent service! We have been using Oosterveld for many years to service our Lennox furnace, heat pump and Titan heat pump/pool heater.

Every time I have dealt with Oosterveld Heating and Air Conditioning I have received great service.

Oosterveld Heating is a great service. They are always prompt and professional. This time when my hot water wasn't working, they fit me in when a cancellation came up. I can always count on them.

Technician performed furnace maintenance flawlessly. It was all over with in 40 minutes. Machinery and area all cleaned up.

The entire process was fantastic. The sales rep thoroughly went over the products offered and made recommendations based on what my family and house needed and not based on up selling. The crew arrived on time. They were courteous and worked hard over two days to install the new systems. They made several recommendations and suggestions all of which I accepted. They were knowledgeable. I can't think of anything that I was even remotely dissatisfied with or could complain about. I can't say enough great things about the product and Oosterveld. We just had a Lennox ductless AC unit installed in our Sunroom by these folks. The installers Mark & Adam were outstanding and did an incredible job of installing the units and making it look like they were never there when they left. Really nice guys, obviously very capable, efficient and all about ensuring that we were happy with our purchase. A refreshing change now a days. I got to Oosterveld via a Costco promotion, and after this experience will be using them for all my HVAC needs. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

We have been customers for many years, we stay because customer service is what they do. We have used this company since moving to Guelph in the 90s they have given us great service over the years. Bob did a great job during this crazy time.

Thanks to Simon for a good job at restarting and setting our Heat Pump.

However, I would like to suggest that we receive better briefing at the time of installation as the only apparent mistake we made was setting the thermostat down for the evening and up again next morning resulted the unit to close down. As a result we spent over $500 on propane before the unit was repaired. We are now concerned about what we may or may not do when touching the thermostat.

Overall the friendly service from Oosterveld on the phone and during visits has been outstanding.

Disaster. These guys are a complete rip off. They came to my rental on a furnace call. The tech had problems finding the issue even though I suggested the thermostat. He thought it was something else and "remedied" the problem charging me for the call ($150) with the promise that if the heat went again there would be no charge if problem returned within a month. Next day, heat went out. It turned out to be a thermostat. They charged me $300 for a crappy Honeywell thermostat that I could buy for $60 CDN on Amazon or Home Depot probably because of the "labor free" return visit. I challenged the cost, they sent me to collections. I will not pay $300 for a cheap thermostat and a company that does not stand behind it's work. Sham of a company, if Google offered zero stars I would have certainly chosen that option.

Best experience ever! We came home one Sunday night to find our builder installed furnace had broke after only 13 years during an extremely cold spring. Oosterveld was there right away and we had wonderful heat within 48 hours. Claudia on the phone is amazing. Spencer and Joel were the installers. What gentlemen these guys were. Very professional and courteous. They were proud to represent Oosterveld and were meticulous about doing the job right. They even went back to the shop to pick up some custom parts to increase my air flow in the system. Went with an exceptional Lennox furnace that is whisper quiet and does the job perfect. These guys are the experts. If you want to have everything done right, no hassle installation; then this is your choice.

I was charges $278 for a total of 15 minutes of service and a $54 dollar part. I don't recommend any one use this company. Make sure you know the total true cost of the repair before you let these guys through your door. Buyer beware

This is a very reputable company. I bought my water heater from them and they fixed my air conditioner. Prompt professional service. Showed up on time (actually early!). Jon was very professional and informative which was appreciated was first time home owners (we had a ton of questions). Jon was also extremely careful taking COVID-related safety precautions (wearing a mask and show protectors, asked us to also wear a mask) which was appreciated. This was a nice experience. The Oosterveld boys arrived on time, were cordial, efficient & handsome. The only thing is even though their rep & I had discussed the problem of the limited space outside, the unit they arrived with was huge & they had to go back for a smaller one. They were quick & I'm very happy. I've used Oosterveld before & will again.

Bad Customer Service! I have just been on the phone with an Oosterveld rep who told me that because the job I need doing isn't a big money-maker for them they wouldn't be able to book me in until the end of summer despite having availability for booking "into the 2nd week of August". I was told "little jobs like that" are usually done at the end of summer. Even when I explained that I needed this job to be done before renovations could begin (which was a "summer" job) and the second week of August would work just fine, I was laughed at. I also reiterated what I was hearing and asked for clarification that indeed because they stood to make more money off someone else who had yet to book, they were unable to help me, a paying customer who had called them today. Not a business model to build customers relationships to say the least!!!

of furnace were burned severely,leaving scorched marks even on door panel.

Required an electrician to assess damages to both gas stove and furnace
and some outlets first. Oosterveld very supportive and cooperative both with me and the electrician, repair to furnace done in timely and professional manner the same day.

The repairman, Jeff, came to the house identified and fixed the problem in very little time and explained what he was doing. This company had the parts on hand (i have lennox) so there was no waiting for a part to come in.

Talked to tech & was able to schedule a timely service call.Three days faster then Enercare ,my current service.

Our furnace crapped out on the Saturday of a long weekend and Oosterveld was still able to send out a repair tech fairly quickly. They determined the issue, ordered the necessary components and came to install those parts immediately after they became available.
In the meantime they were able to keep our furnace fully operational during the days prior to the arrival and installation of the aforementioned parts.
Our service tech was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and personable.
Overall, our experience with Oosterveld was marvellous and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of furnace service and/or maintenance.

The installation was done in a timely manner and with no problems at all. The price that was quoted was the price that I was billed. And everything that needed to be done was included and not an extra. They took care of everything from arranging and paying for the inspector to filing the rebate paperwork for us. This has not been my first service from these professionals and it won't be the last.
