Old Navy

Very crowded and disorganized old navy. It does have a big clearance area. They have to few if any diversity of sizes

Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices for casual wear were incredible. First time in the store, now I know why so many of my friends shop there. Lots of different sizes for each style. I will be going back.

Well I was basically just going in there to look for a backpack and nobody even came around to help us. Luckily, I wasn't alone because my mother was with me and the black lady tried to walk right through us when I didn't see her at first. She came in front of me and said, "excuse me" in an almost rude way while she was escorting the other customer. Of course I didn't say anything to her. My mother was trying to ask her something about the backpacks and I told her that we should look elsewhere. Until I got fed up with this store that didn't have a selection of backpacks I wanted to buy, we left the store feeling totally invisible! It was just ridiculous that no shopping stores had any backpacks (which is what I really wanted). On the way out I hear that annoying retail lady standing in front of the doorway saying, "thank you have a nice day" "come back soon." I mean to me, it almost sounded like she or "it" was antagonizing me just because we were both leaving the store with disappointment and feeling a lil invisible.

Sold out of the basic flip flops. And broken escalator. Elevator is kinda iffy.

Quality of clothes has gone wayyyy downhill no wonder that a t shirt there costs $6 u literally have to biy another one a week later. Used to be my go to store time to move on to ross or target

Good place for inexpensive shopping. If you are looking for Quantity not Quality, Old navy is for you.

You can always find great prices here at Old Navy on Market and 4th Street the restrooms are always clean and the employees are very nice

The store layout has improved since they remodeled the store. It's easier to get round and they got rid of their giant messy clearance section in the back of the store. This store is always busy and sometimes the checkout and dressing room lines are long. There isn't much help on the sales floor because they have large quantities of sizes out on the floor.

You can't really nosepick them with their price and not bad staff.

I visited San Francisco and it was big and spacious and good to shop.

The best discounted clothing of the 3, e.g. Banana Republic, The Gap and Old Navy.

One of my most favorite stores. Great variety, something for everyone. Super good prices and great sales. Clearance items are pretty terrific too! The building itself at 4th and Market in San Francisco has wonderful architecture.

Super big Old Navy! They have a great selection of athletic wear. This is where I discovered that Old Navy athletic wear is actually pretty good quality and cheap

Perfectly positioned in the heart of SF. This store is unbelievably big, and has a huge variety of men, women, and children clothing. The staff are welcoming. If you don't find what you're looking for, you have all the shops in the world within a couple of minutes walk.

I'm a fan of their athletic wear. The athletic clothes are durable and stylish. The prices are competitive, and when they're on sale, then it's a really great deal!

As far as the other clothes are concerned, it's hit or miss. I find that it looks stylish on the hanger, but not so good when I wear it. Their clearance section can be a mess, only because there are a lot of people shifting through it. If you have the patience, you might find some really good deals.

I found the staff to be really helpful and friendly. And I like how there are places throughout the floor to try on something quick so you don't have to roam around the store and wait in line for the fitting rooms.

The Mother ship of Old Navy! This place is huge! They have a great selection and sizes.

Probably not a good store if your looking for girly clothing. Long lines and too expensive.

3 floors of racks and shelves for you to find mostly basics for women, men and children. My favourite is their kids sections - they have the cutest baby shoes and clothes. During a sale, you can find huge discounts.

Love to shop here too if you want discounted Jean's, summer wears , children a wear !

Largest Old Navy I've been to. Cute variety of dresses and tops. Sales associates were also very helpful and attentive!

Here you can find inexpensive and high quality clothing. If you do not want to pay for the name of a luxury garment, this store is really for you.

This must be the flagship Old Navy. I think it's 3 stories of Old Navy goodness with cashiers on every level. Its good for a quick trip when you come to SF in the summer and realize its really cold and you need a sweater and don't want to pay for an overpriced souvenir sweater that doesn't keep you warm

Nice cheap clothing store in the US, roughly comparable to C & A. Everything is neat and the prices are fair. The staff is friendly and the selection huge.

What a great place to shop. Plenty of bargains and great prices and friendly staff.

Praying for you to open a store in the UK or have a UK website! Fantastic range of casual, quality clothing in well merchandised and spacious stores. Staff are super helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about the product range. Stocked up on loads of essentials before returning home. If you guys had stores in the UK then I actually wouldn't have a need to shop anywhere else!

Decent selection, high AND low prices, so much dust and fiber floating around, it felt like I constantly had a hair in my eye or mouth or tickling my nose. I had to try taking Benadryl before leaving just to realize it wasn't extreme allergies from smoke outside.

From outside, I saw the beautiful display of the blue tunic length, so I came in to take a closer look. The lady sales assistant greeted me, and I asked her where the rack for the said tunic length is. She directed me very kindly towards the women 's section. That lady must be "big"( who cares!)but she is dressed very appropriately and looks very professional, and above all, her Customer Service is PERFECT !

A large area, a lot of clothes, but she s all very bright, vyrviglaznaya, so fatigue quickly comes ... In principle, if you like this style, you can buy a lot of interesting things.

This place has really low priced clothes, They have shirts and jeans down to 10 bucks. They have great fashion and I would say they are a great place to buy clothes, If you will go today they have an offer %10 if you buy more than two items.

This store is awesome! I'm a closet lover of skulls, dark clothing and funky jewelry, and this store delivers. They also have lots of funny books, accessories and t-shirts. Their lingerie/corsets are not badly priced, and they seem to be of high quality. It's a fun store to shop.

Very cheap clothes that don't last. I usually buy workout clothes and socks. I love their line of skinny pants with different patterns and colors.

The escalators seem to be out of order more often in recent visits

Huge selection! I've never been to an old navy this large. The place was busy when I was there and the employees at the cash registers did a great job of being friendly while also moving customers out the door quickly.

It is a casual clothing store. Recently I withdrew from Japan. Spacious, you can relaxedly price it. I borrowed a toilet and I bought a cotton parka because it is cold in 2017 last year.

Huge flagship store, with a gigantic selection and outstanding prices and promotions. Friendly staff, easy to navigate and large open shopping environment. Can get very crowded on weekends with tourists so plan ahead. Highly recommended.

Great clothes shop on Market street. If you are on vacation in San Francisco, definitely give us a lift. The prices are absolutely competitive. Take the time to shoot it all because the distribution of the products follows a particular logic, so the products you are looking for could be anywhere.

I really like the quality of the clothes here, its not too pricey it's at an okay range and there is also cute clothes, I would say for children, it really is good to shop here if you're looking to buy birthday clothes, or for cristmas. The customer service is decent, they offer you help and are very nice to help one.

The best Old Navy I've ever been to. This store is huge and has a wide variety of clothes for both men and women. Service is phenomenal too! My wife and I had such a great experience that we'll be sure to come back here.

Give Old Navy a try if you have a history of difficulty finding jeans for your shape. They have jeans of all washes for petite, regular and long; curvy, not so curvy, not curvy at all. Denim authorities may find the denim here to be of inferior quality to the $200 and up brands, but that's also the beauty of Old Navy jeans. You can break them in, yet they are durable, and if you still don't like it, it only will have cost you about $12-$35.
