I am very disappointed with the quality of service we received. We had very high expectations when we first decided to go to O.C. Tanner to get a custom ring made for my wife's Valentine's Day present. These expectations were quickly ruined the very second we walked through the door.

A few years ago I worked here as a temp (2015). I had worked many temp jobs (unfortunately) prior to OC Tanner. The difference was that nobody EVER treated me as just another "temp." I felt valued. From management, to co-workers (permanent and other temp), I never felt like less than everyone......

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I spend 30-60 minutes on the phone they never locate that correct department. Half the time you can't understand the accent the person uses. This place is beyond unorganized a multi million dollar company can afford a good customer service office!!!!
