Ask for Steven BenShabat-- You'll be glad you did!! He is so helpful. It was my first time looking for an apartment in NYC, so I was nervous and didn't really know what to do. Steven answered any question I had quickly and kindly. He found an amazing apartment for us and tried really hard to make sure we got it... And we did! It's such a nice place. Wouldn't have been able to do it without him. Great guy who will help you out however he can. Absolutely recommended.
I was referred to Sharon Banta by a friend who had used her services to find an apartment. My friend knew how stressed out I was about being able to find a place - Sharon took all of that stress away. Right after being connected, Sharon reached out to me and began to work through the process with me in steps. She asked my about neighborhood and amenity preferences, budget, etc. - everything needed right off the bat. I immediately felt like I was in good hands! She was direct and responsive. The first thing she said to me after she got my information was I ve got you. This was such a relief to hear, and it really gave me the peace of mind to know that someone with her knowledge and expertise would be able to find a great first apartment for me in a city I d never lived in before. And that she did! The first day we looked, I found the perfect apartment for me. Not only was Sharon patient, friendly, and timely, but she was super helpful to someone like me who was going through this process for the first time. She told me different things to look for in apartments, reminded me to take notes and videos and got me talking aloud about what I liked and didn t like about various places. I would 100% recommend Sharon to anyone looking for an apartment in the city! She was super amazing all the way around, and made the whole process very easy, quick and stress-free.

She worked quickly to ensure we were able to lock down the apartment ASAP and set up multiple viewings for me to ensure I was able to see everything available to make an informed decision. He took a chance with us for a beautiful 2-bedroom unit that is beautiful, meets all of our needs, and is right on the water (just as I have prayed for so long!)!! And he did this based on his professional gut feeling to give us this opportunity. This is proving to be a HUGE BLESSING, as his favor feels absolutely anointed! Beyond his professionalism, having a big open heart in the real estate industry is like finding gold in a coal mine! Like finding diamonds in the desert! I can't thank him enough for the mercy and grace he's showing in this Earthly plane to secure myself and my two children housing. I will be forever in prayer for his good works!! Highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to trust Sharon with their search. She helped me lock in a great apartment 2 days from first contacting her.
