!!!! A+++++++++!!! My heart is overflowing with complete excitement / enthusiasm / abundant blessing / prayers answered for what Mr. Steven BenShabat is doing for myself & my two children at this very moment!! He took a chance with us for a beautiful 2-bedroom unit that is beautiful, meets all of our needs, and is right on the water (just as I have prayed for so long!)!! And he did this based on his professional gut feeling to give us this opportunity. This is proving to be a HUGE BLESSING, as his favor feels absolutely anointed! Beyond his professionalism, having a big open heart in the real estate industry is like finding gold in a coal mine! Like finding diamonds in the desert! I can't thank him enough for the mercy and grace he's showing in this Earthly plane to secure myself and my two children housing. I will be forever in prayer for his good works!!
