Novachrome, Inc

This company is worst ever and the customer service is really bad and they got all my order wrong I won't be using this company again

What a Fantastic Customer Experience from Nova Chrome UK. I will endeavor to buy more from this ever so Valued Company that puts others to shame. Thank you for a pleasurable experience buying from yourselves.

Always use novachrome as they have a good range of stock and there technical service is second to none, also all staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.

Been using this company now for 16 years, customer service is exceptional

After many years of doing business with Nova Chrome we have found them to be a very friendly, helpful, prompt and efficient company.
Fully recommended by us at Leon-Ferris in Holland.
Regards Roy Leon

I own a Pet Food and accessory Business. Deanos Pet Food. I came across Nova Chrome whilst researching personalised printing to add to my business model.

I have to say, Nova Chrome have been absolutely fantastic in terms of equipment and accessories , but above all, their Customer Service and support is absolutely top class.

I spent a full day with Ian at Nova Chrome, as he went through the printing processes , answered endless questions I had and totally supported me in setting up.

The support doesn t end when a sale is made, it simply continues for as long as you need it.

I could not ask for more, and would highly recommend this company to anyone starting out in the Sublimation printing field as well as those seasoned printers and creators

Thank you guys

I have just started to use Nova Chrome, although I have been in the industry for over 12 years now. I placed an order with Carly which arrived promptly as you would expect. However, I was so impressed with the professionalism , knowledge and friendliness of Carly that I wanted to write a review. If she is an example of the service that is provided by Nova Chrome I will certainly be using them again. Nova chrome are very lucky to have such a professional and pleasant member of staff. Thank you Carly

Lovely quality products and they arrive next day which is perfect. Great service Nova Chrome. Thank You

It s always a pleasure dealing with Novachrome, great service and always ready to help us out, even with the easiest most obvious of questions. It s easy when you know how! Keep up the good work.

Absolutely excellent customer service throughout, from purchasing my mug press & printer right through to any technical queries I have had. So pleased I bought from Nova Chrome. Thank you.

This company is absolutely horrendous, bad customer service plus got my order wrong will definitely not be using these again I'm so appalled overall ....

Not sure why there are bad reviews on here relating to their customer service, our experience is they have top quality customer service, always willing to help and advise, and their products are of top quality also. I would highly recommend this company

The best customer service and technical support available

Exceptional product and customer service. Met them at Sign & Digital and visited their office and demo showroom for training, and to collect our new equipment - simply can't fault them. Good business decision on our part to go with them.

Absolute worst ever customer service EVER swear waste of time and money go with other company s if you need Sublimation stuff go with someone else TRUST ME they will rob you at any given chance and give you very poor training and help they are only about only about the money and don t even help you

It was fantastic to find a sublimation supplier during this pandemic that actually answered the phone and wanted to help. We needed a new heatpress urgently and Novachrome could not have been more helpful.
The very next day we purchsed a mug press which we hd been looking to get from Novachrome simply due to the first class service and great staff.

Really nice people, and after sales are the best Ive ever had from any Company.

1st class service. Traditional customer service! They will spend time with you, show you the products and are always on hand to help.

Fantastic customer service, really knowledgeable and friendly staff in all departments, cant rate them highly enough.

Worst customer service! Waiting 3 weeks for an update on my order!!!

Absolutely brilliant customer service always happy to help with any questions I have, a huge range of products as well
