No matter how big or how small your order they will give you the same great service time after time. Highly recommend them. If they don't have it just ask chances are they can get it.

Incredible service! Our business had a lot of last minute requests and they were able to help us with every single request. Also, just received a phone call from them to follow up on the service I received in mid-April. Made my day!

Had some Jackets done, and received many compliments on them, would definitely recommend this place.

Embroid Me really came through for us! My husband needed a new lab coat embroidered with his name & department ... and we had less than 24 hours to get it done! Other places told me they could not have it done on time. Embroid Me was the ONLY place that did the embroidering within an hour and did a super job!!

Awesome. Experience and quality. You get what you pay for.

It is a serious and reliable company.
Good prices and good attention

Their machine ruined a North Face jacket that was being embroidered and they did not replace the jacket. Worse yet, they were going to charge me for the embroidery! They did, however, offer to embroider a new one for free if I purchased it! I can't believe they are not responsible for damages that they do to a customers items. Too many other companies that do a good job, never again.

I will continue to use their services. I highly recommend them for any uniform or business related needs you may ever have. Thank you!

Nothing but very positive experiences with this business.

Have been doing business with this company for over 2 years. Printed about 20 T shirts and realized some damage on the shirts. The print was screen printed in red, and the letters were not fully printed on. The edging was peeling. Brought this to the managers attention, his name is Miguel. Miguel, was rude and sarcastic when it came to the discussion of reimbursement. He was acting as if it were my fault. Only offered a discount on the damaged shirts. Was quite shocked at his style of customer service. Will not be returning due to the quality of service from him. The other staff is great. I would recommend rethinking who is left in management when it comes to dealing with customers.

Wonderful quality shirts and excellent customer service! Will definitely work with them again!
