The staff is for the most part knowledgeable and helpful, I guess I could see how short tempered people might not really like service but it's never really bothered me. Great stuff and pretty much all someone needs to set up an entire shop.
Back in the day when my father was a graphic designer this was the place to go to get your supplies. They had what I needed but the hipster vibe was much stronger than I expected, but that's probably my own fault for expecting any less.
