If I could rate a 0 I would. Customer service has been absolutely horrid for me. I have had a terrible experience here and still continue to. They never return my calls. I would definitely not recommend this company to any of my friends or family seeking a used vehicle.

Horrible business operator's lie to your face to get you to sign will never ever go here again. Wont be long before they close down this location. They sell you cars they said had a check but hows that if the brakes were bad and wheel bearings?? Yeah nice checking the car. I would give zero stars

They way over charge on all vehicles. Then when it comes to your payments its way over priced. Heaven forbid there are 5 fridays in a month because they expect you to make an extra payment even. Everytime you turn around they try to screw you over. If your are in their lot and reading this RUN!

Northpointe Motors have went above and WAY beyond to guarantee their vehicles, work with financial hiccups, fix things that needed to be fixed etc etc
I've been with them for 4 years and I wouldn't DREAM of going anywhere else!
Liz is the BOMB!!!!
