It's been awful for me renting from Nest. Ally has been impossible to work with. She sends late notices, doesn't read e-mails, then sends threatening letters that demand payment for services that shouldn't be paid for by the tenant. This is getting really old.

I will add more to this at a later time but they are simply awful to rent from or to have manage property and I recommend avoiding any business with Nest if at all possible.
