My Eye Xpert

My Eye Xpert is on a completely different level when it comes to getting your eyes taken care of. I fully appreciate the technology employed at the office. Every instrument and device used is cleaned thoroughly before use and they just make things seem more accurate. The office itself is fun and always having events for customers and the community. What makes this place infinitely better though is the staff. The staff are all wonderful and friendly. They're the kind of people that you'd invite over for a family BBQ and have cake with. Go here if you can!

I never knew how enjoyable a visit to the optometrist could be. Prior to visiting My Eye Xpert, I had been to multiple chain stores, which didn't seem interested in interacting with me; I was merely a transaction. That was not the case here, the staff were accommodating and the service was phenomenal.

There was a wide variety of frames to choose from. The ambiance was warm and distinctive because of the art work, paint on the walls, piano in the lobby, large fish tank, and massage chairs. Dr. Swafford was also personable and that was unique by having a doctor actually chat!

COVID-19 precautions were in place with mask wearing, sanitizing of frames that got tested, and by calling ahead of time to go into the building in order to reduce the number of people inside at once. I'd recommend My Eye Xpert to anyone who is due for another eye exam!

I have been a patient for many years. I appreciate the consideration and attention to detail. They always work with me to make sure my glasses and contacts are as good as they can be. The doctors and staff are all "good people." It's a nice place to be.

The place is so nice inside. Everyone who I talked to was very knowledgeable and super nice. They have state of the art equipment. They were talking about my needs instead of trying to sell me the most expensive product. Awesome job! I will be coming back for sure.

I really enjoyed this place. They were so efficient, but at the same time took the time to answer all my questions. Everyone from start to finish was great. I will be coming back for my next routine visit.

Truly dedicated professionals. I didn't have to wait even one minute to see the doctor for my appointment. Everything is highly organized. I have difficult eyes to get a prescription from but they were so patient and let me try different trial contact lenses until we got it perfected. Absolutely incredible organization. Anyone with poor eyesight needs to see them.

Unbeatable customer service. They have a beautiful, clean facility. Optometrists are extremely thorough and caring. I can t say enough about the staff here. They are all wonderful people.

My daughter and I had a bad experience at a local eye care chain and My Eye Expert made it all better! Robert in particular went above and beyond to help us. My daughter had an awful time getting contacts in and he was so patient and made sure the correct ones were in stock. He was informative and kind and didn t make her nervous. She ended up having success with the contacts! So glad we came to this location.

If you want to know what a great customer experience feels like make an appt at My Eye Expert. I appreciated how they took the time to explain what they were going to do and why. It made feel comfortable. Every area I was exposed to was cleaned before my contact with appropriate social distance.

This place is wonderful!!! All the staff and doctors are super friendly and very helpful. They take the time to answer all your questions and never rush you. They are also great with children. All my kiddos first experience visiting an eye doctor went great. It s a professional and fun atmosphere. The whole family really enjoys going here.
