I would give 6 stars if I could. Truly amazing place with white-glove service and breathtaking suites with world-class views. As with any online booking, I was initially nervous that the photos online wouldn't reflect the actual suite-- boy was I wrong! It was better than I could have imagined. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royally and the staff was sure to help us plan our time in order to balance relaxing with seeing the island. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and truly cared about the experience we had on this vacation. Would 10/10 recommend and stay again!

Very beautiful location with a stunning view and beautiful rooms. Unfortunately we got the suite with the private swimming pool as it was a special occasion, but we found out that what they indicated as heated was not truly so.. we went at the end of June and nobody was dipping in. If we had known that was the case, we would have obviously opted for a cheaper option without pool. We felt it was unfairly advertised but the manager was very dismissive and unhelpful about the issue, which is not the service you would expect from such a hotel which is also part of the small luxury hotels chain, hence my 1 star.

Fabulous location (Imerovigli) and incredible views. Walk the caldera to Fira to Oia.

Excellent and personable service. Very clean rooms with a beautiful view. The food was divine, especially the breakfast.

Excelent hotel at Imerovigli. A little expensive as most of the ones around the area but great attention from the staff and beautiful sunset views from private balconies without the need to see it at Oia. In fact I saw it from these 2 little towns and Imerovigli was best. I had a great experience overall at this hotel.

Hotel has amazing views and is in a good location. Friendly and helpful staff who try to meet your needs. The room was clean and beautiful. I would recommend this hotel. My only comment is if you are gluten free you will struggle to eat here.

What an amazing experience! This has to be one of the best hotels on Santorini! The staff was so friendly and accommodating the entire time! Our room was stunning and the views were even more unreal! Breakfast on the private terrace was perfect and a great way to start the day. After a long day exploring Fira it was so nice to come back and relax outside in the hot tub! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back and will definitely be looking to stay in the same room! I highly recommend Gold Suites to anyone heading to Santorini and looking to stay in the highest point of the island!
