River Bridge loves Mountain States Imaging. We have been using them for several years and they are so professional and always eager to help. Ryan Candela is outstanding. I had a question and he replied the same day and we had it figured out in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend Mountain States Imaging.
MSI provided professional work and made the experience very personable, they were very willing to work with us on our changing needs and provided quick response times.
I would highly recommend Mountain States Imaging
We had documents from 1876 that were in poor shape that needed to be digitally captured. Dave and his team did an amazing job capturing the images without causing any damage to the documents. Very professional and thorough in their work.
Mountain States helped my company go paperless by scanning 10+ filing cabinets. Dave really helped work around our schedule so the scanning could be done during our slow period. We were very satisfied with their service!
Absolutely the BEST. Dave Raeder listened to what I wanted, asked all the right questions, and followed through, delivering a perfect job.
MSI has been a fantastic partner in a large scale digitization project I have the privilege of working on. Ryan Candella, in particular, provided above and beyond support, management, and troubleshooting of our project needs and goals. Couldn't have completed this project to such a successful degree and timeframe without them. Many thanks!
MSI is a dependable, efficient and friendly company. I worked mostly with Ryan Candela and he was always so helpful and quick to respond. I Definitely recommend this company, and when you call ask for Ryan :).
Very prompt service, Dave knew exactly what I was referring to with some old microfiche files that we needed to have converted to PDF, and the PDFs were of very high quality when we got them back. Very reasonable cost as well. Great to have this resource available as we transition to the digital world!
MSI has helped scan a lot of our documents and are efficient.
These guys typically scan corporate and government documents, but they did an excellent job archiving my grandparents' love letters and WWII stories.
Wonderful service using MSI. They were fast, reasonable priced and friendly. MSI saved our office thousands of hours of labor and delivered a digital product that was exactly to our expectations.
I searched for months for a place that could scan 12x12 scrapbooks and finally was referred to Mountain States Imagery. They did a great job! I highly recommend them.

Ryan, John, and Gonc have been patient, knowledgeable, and great to work with through a digital transformation at our company! They have communicated and remained flexible through our entire project!
We have used MSI from very small jobs to really large jobs, they are always efficient in picking the records up and getting them back in the amount of time we need them return.
I would recommend them for anyone who is needing records scanned.
Have had several great experiences with Mountain States Imaging. My employer plans to use them for our future document scanning needs.
MSI has been a great partner. Dave has been great on the sales side, he was able to help us identify the scope of our project and identify different options to suite our needs. Ryan has been so helpful throughout the implementation process, always there to help us through any hiccups we experienced and ensuring that we have a system that truly does what we want it to. Overall I give MSI a 5 star rating based on the scan quality of the back files, professionalism, partnership, and timeliness of delivery! Thank you Ryan and Dave!
