It was not an easy one. My agent keep pushing me to use her people. Due to a recommendation form a life long family friend I let John take care of me. I am a veteran and this was my first home purchase. That said, I had many, many questions, Virginia, was always so kind and pleasant and would promptly return my emails and or phone calls. I also received weekly updates from Chelsea as to the status of my loan, so I was always abreast of any changes.

These folks were very thorough and extremely knowledgeable as to the requirements for military veterans applying for a VA loan. They always had my best interest at heart.
