Both John and Virginia (Ginny) were exceptional throughout the whole process with both communication and easing my fears. I was moving from Massachusetts to Georgia and dealing with multiple variables in the process was no easy task. Due to my relocation yet still theoretically 'keeping my job' in Devens, Mass made for a very stressful mortgage approval process. Both John & Ginny were always there keeping me calm and going out of their way to make everything work out including having numerous backup options readily available.
