We have had the opportunity to use Mortgage Source...

We have had the opportunity to use Mortgage Source twice in the past few years. The most recent was last year when we needed a VA mortgage loan securement letter in order not to lose a purchase of a home. That's not so unusual; what was is that I called John on Thursday afternoon and mentioned that we had to have the securement letter on Friday and submitted before the weekend. John and his team pulled a rabbit out of the hat and we had our letter on Friday. The house was purchased and we are forever grateful to Mortgage Source for their effort. Thank you John Kennedy and team !!
