Do not send your loved ones here. Staff was hard to find. They do not follow the wishes from the family or POA. They held a family meeting without contacting the POA for the patient. They lost my dads teeth. Do not place your loved ones in this facility!

My grandmother lived at Montefiore for about 18 months. While she was at Montefiore she was well cared for and happy. The staff members who took care of my grandmother were polite and knowledgeable about their jobs. We would definitely choose Montefiore again.
